Nasser Fawaz is a Consultant - ISO Specialist of UTC International (“UTCINTL”). He has displayed highly developed analytical skills, reasoning power, and judgement and is able to readily understand clients' businesses, the industries in which they operate, and the issues they face. With his leadership qualities, outstanding interpersonal communication skills, he motivates and inspires others in developing a culture of teamwork.

His wide array of achievements and mandates, cover Quality Management Systems and associated policies, procedures, and infrastructure, change management, business process re-engineering (BPR), project implementation, as well as operational management resulting in improving the client entities' efficiency and profitability.

Nasser Fawaz has extensive experience of nearly three decades with particular emphasis on quality assurance management, business process re-engineering (BPR), project implementation, operational management, and education and training. His work experience covered the following principal activities:


• Development and/or review of management policies and procedures, diagnostic reviews, due diligence and business process re-engineering for companies involved in production, construction, trading, operations and maintenance, research and development activities;
• Development and implementation of Quality Management Systems [ISO 9001 and 19011], and internal quality audits based on ISO 9001:2000 & ISO 19011:2002;
• Development and implementation of management strategy and plans, including resources, systems, and timescales, to support, contribute to, and integrate within the client organization's annual business plan and long term strategy.
• Development and/or review, and assisting in the implementation of organizational performance monitoring systems;
• Development of manuals and implementation of personnel appraisal systems;
• Development of management and operating personnel incentive schemes and assisting with implementation;
• Development of industry/organization-specific training manuals and conducting training workshops;
• Identifying, selecting, and managing training and accreditation bodies, agencies, and providers as necessary for delivery of required training to appropriate international standards;
• Development and implementation of Human Resource strategy and plans, including resources, systems, and timescales, to support, contribute to, and integrate within the client organization's annual business plan and long term strategy.
